What the Medical Review includes
- A video consultation with Dr. Merlyn Leiton
- Review of your medical history, prior laboratory results and imaging
- A recommended pre-travel laboratory panel (the tests themselves are arranged locally where you live and are not included in the fee)
- Your initial RBRI™: a structured readiness assessment across biological domains
- Contraindication screening
- A written recommendation: whether a program is appropriate, which one, and honest candidacy
This is not a treatment package. Payment is in US dollars. If you continue to a program, the cost of the Review is deducted from the program price.

Is the Medical Review the same as booking treatment?
No. It is a paid medical evaluation. It produces your RBRI™ and a written recommendation. No therapy is arranged before this evaluation, and not every patient is a candidate.
How long does it take?
The orientation call is about 15 minutes. The Medical Review itself is a video consultation of about one hour.
What if I am not a candidate?
You still receive the written recommendation explaining why, and any alternative direction the physician can suggest. The Review fee is not refunded, because the evaluation was still carried out.
Are laboratory tests included?
No. A recommended panel is provided, but the tests are arranged where you live. Results are reviewed as part of the Review.
What if I decide to proceed to a program?
If you continue to a program, the cost of the Medical Review is deducted from the program price.
