How care is structured

Three stages, in order: understand your health, prepare the biological environment, and only then consider deeper regenerative therapy — when it is medically appropriate.

In short

  • Care follows three stages in order — Assess, Prepare, Regenerate.
  • Advanced biological therapy is considered only after the biological environment has been assessed and, where needed, prepared.
  • The RBRI™ is a structured assessment that supports the medical team's interpretation. It is not a diagnosis and it does not decide eligibility on its own.

Assess, prepare, then regenerate

Terrain Reset

We stabilize the biological terrain: modulation of systemic inflammaging, mitochondrial dysfunction, oxidative stress, and neuroendocrine dysregulation, with ozone autohemotherapy as the primary tool.

Signal Optimization

We enhance cellular signaling: differentiated IV therapy (NAD⁺, glutathione, cofactors) and peptide support with evidence in circadian, telomeric, and GH-secretagogue regulation.

Regenerative Depth

We deepen only when the environment is ready: mesenchymal stem cells, PRP, or exosomes applied per clinical indication and RBRI™, within a prepared biological ecosystem.

We prepare. We optimize. Then we deepen.

Cellular Environment First™

This is the principle that shapes the method. A regenerative therapy works on the tissue it is placed into. If that environment is affected by inflammation or oxidative stress, the same therapy is less likely to help. So the method looks at the biological environment first, and addresses what can reasonably be addressed, before considering a deeper intervention.

What the RBRI™ is

The RBRI™ (Regenera Biological Readiness Index) is a structured assessment the medical team uses to bring together information from several biological domains — such as inflammation, metabolic health, oxidative stress, mitochondrial function, sleep and recovery, and hormonal and neuroendocrine factors — into one view.

  • What it draws on: your medical history, available laboratory data and the clinical findings from your Regenerative Medical Review.
  • How it is used: your physician interprets it alongside your diagnosis, your goals and your overall clinical picture. It informs which route may be appropriate and helps track change over follow-up.
  • What it is not: it is not a diagnostic test, it does not measure any single organ or function on its own, and a given result does not by itself qualify or disqualify anyone. It supports clinical judgement; it does not replace it.

How your RBRI™ is calculated and interpreted is explained to you directly at your Review.

The method begins with the Medical Review

Your candidacy, your RBRI™ and your route are established at the Regenerative Medical Review.
